Basic Rules

1. Orders Below 5kg:

   • If your order contains frozen items, the shipping is only express delivery.
   • If your order doesn’t contain frozen items, you have the option of choosing between express delivery or standard delivery.

2. Orders Above 5kg:

   • The same rules apply as for orders below 5kg.
   • For Express Shipping, base fee increments by $16.95 for NSW, QNSLND, VIC and $24.95 for SA, WA, NT, TAS for every 5kg, see table below for price
   • For Standard Shipping, Shipping fee is $19.95 for NSW, QNSLND, VIC and $22.95 for SA, WA, NT, TAS. See table below.

Example Scenarios (receiver is in NSW): 

• Order 1: 3kg total weight with frozen items ➔ $16.95 (express)
• Order 2: 3kg total weight without frozen items ➔ $16.95 (express) or $12.95 (standard)
• Order 3: 7kg total weight with frozen items ➔ $33.90 (express)
• Order 4: 7kg total weight without frozen items ➔ $33.90 (express) or $19.95 (standard)
• Order 5: 15kg total weight with frozen items ➔ $50.85
