Masagana Rewards Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
Introduction
Welcome to the Masagana Rewards Loyalty Program (“Program”). This Program is
operated by Masagana Oriental Variety Store Pty Ltd, with physical locations at Ashfield,
Campsie, and Sefton in NSW (“Masagana,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the
Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Eligibility
The Program is open to all customers who are at least 18 years old. Employees of
Masagana and their immediate family members are eligible to participate.
Enrollment
To enroll in the Program, customers must complete the registration process, which
includes providing certain personal information and receiving a scannable plastic card
with a barcode (“Masagana Rewards Card”).
Consent to Use Personal Information
By enrolling in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your
personal information for the intended use of the Program. Your personal information
will not be shared with third parties for purposes other than the operation of the
Program.
Earning Points
- Customers will receive 200 reward points upon successful enrollment.
- Customers will earn 1 point for every $1 spent at any Masagana physical store,
initially at the Campsie Store which is running aBeta program for the introduction
of the program. Our other stores will be participating shortly as soon as we have
implemented the new point of sale system (checkout counter system).
Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed for discounts on purchases.
- For every 200 points, customers will receive a $1 value in the form of a discount
on their current purchase.
Points Expiry
Points earned through the Program do not expire.
General Conditions
- If a Masagana Rewards Card is lost, it will be replaced on request for a fee of $3.00.
- Masagana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at anytime, with or without notice.
- Any abuse or fraud relating to the earning and redemption of points may result in the forfeiture of earned points as well as termination of your participation in the Program.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
