About the Role
The All-Around Store Assistant plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of Masagana Oriental. This position involves customer service, stocking, cleaning, and general store support to ensure our customers enjoy a welcoming and well-run shopping experience.
This role suits someone reliable, hands-on, and comfortable working in a busy grocery environment.
Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner

Operate the cashier and handle payments accurately

Refill shelves, rotate stock, and maintain product displays

Maintain cleanliness of the store, including aisles and storage areas

Assist with deliveries and stock organisation

Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures

Support other team members as needed

Good communication skills (English required; Tagalog a plus)
